Our jams are still produced following the traditional recipe, both in terms of the ingredients used and the processing methods. Each jar of Agrisicilia jam contains only selected Sicilian citrus fruits, manually peeled, sugar and citric acid.
At the same time, Agrisicilia conquers market shares thanks to the ability to intercept and satisfy the sentiment and needs of consumers, through preventive market analyses and a widespread logistics system.

Our history

Agrisicilia was born on the slopes of Etna, among the extraordinary gardens of the Catania plain and their “magical” fruits. Our history is made of passion for the authentic flavors of Sicily, love for our land and respect for tradition. From the beginning, our goal has been to bring the best of Sicilian taste to the world, and today this dream is reality.

Our mission

Sicilian citrus fruits are unique in the world, thanks to a combination of factors that make our land special: the sun, the sea, the salty air and the influence of Etna. Our mission is to offer genuine and high-quality products, made with carefully selected ingredients and in compliance with tradition.

Our production

Transforming Sicilian citrus fruits into jams is for us an act of love towards our land. We use only the best citrus fruits on the island, sourced from local farms that guarantee top-quality products. The processing is strictly artisanal, starting with the peeling, still done by hand to select only the best citrus fruits.
