Simple to prepare, it is an excellent solution as a dessert. With a fresh and Sicilian flavour, given by the lemon jam which contains the fresh and decisive flavor of Sicilian lemons.
Approximately 400 g of shortcrust pastry
Approximately 250 g of Agrisicilia Sicilian lemon jam
to taste powdered sugar
Cook in a hot oven at 180° C for about 25 minutes, always depending on your oven. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve.
